    First of all, please allow me to compliment you on your truly stunning creations! I think the most beautiful cake I have ever seen is your gold drizzle birthday cake with the pastel flowers on top. To me it is pure perfection.
    I’m not a professional cake maker myself, but I’m going to try my best to recreate something similar for my sister’s thirtieth, so I was absolutely thrilled to have discovered your tutorials!
    I was wondering if you could let me know, what did you use between your layers, I mean if it was buttercream or something else?

  2. Thank you for your very kind comment. I like to use ganache between my layers. It is perfect for all types of climates and is super yummy.
